  • Return Window: 60 days from date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Process: Email us at support@glokore.com to initiate a return
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

We do not accept returns on opened/used items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
